Other notes: A sturdy and reliable Minnesota native shade tree with interesting corky bark. It has an upright and rounded form with arching branches. Adaptable to a variety of soil conditions and moisture levels. Small berries are a summer time treat for wildlife. This low maintenance tree is an excellent ash replacement.
