Pickup Details

Save the date!

Tree pick-up event:
September 19th, 2025 9:00 am to noon
September 20th, 2025 9:00 am to noon

Pick-up location:
Shady Oak Beach: 5200 Shady Oak Road, Minnetonka, MN 55343. 

  

Prior to the pick-up event, a confirmation packet will be mailed containing details about your order. To ensure a smooth pick-up process, please bring that paperwork to the event. If someone else is picking up on your behalf, they must bring your paperwork in order to receive your order.

Trees that are not collected on the designated dates will be planted in Minnetonka parks. We cannot offer refunds.
