A true Minnesota native, this Dutch elm disease resistant elm originated in the St. Croix river valley. Now available through the nursery trade, this tough, fast growing shade tree is a good choice for a property in need of shade. The St. Croix elm is easy to care for and has a classic vase shape once mature. Restore the elm tradition and plant a St. Croix elm.
